We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) who’s excited about our re-commerce business and eager to shape the future of our teams. Become part of our 6-person recruiting team in Berlin – we can’t wait to meet you!

Das wirst du meistern

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process – from sourcing to offer – for key positions in IT, Marketing, and Finance

  • Identify and leverage the right channels and strategies to attract the best talent

  • Use your deep understanding of our target groups to proactively source and engage top candidates

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on profiles and make the best hiring decisions

  • Drive stakeholder management throughout the hiring process – including with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders

  • Share your knowledge and best practices with junior team members and support their development

  • Take part in People & Culture projects like career fairs, meetups, workshops, and other employer branding initiatives

  • You’re inspired by our mission and motivated to build teams that share our values

  • You bring several years of experience in recruitment, ideally both from agency/headhunting and in-house roles, ideally with experience in tech hiring

  • You’ve hired across a range of functions and seniorities and are confident working with stakeholders at all levels – up to the C-level

  • You combine empathy with assertiveness, making you a trusted partner to hiring managers and a strong communicator with candidates

  • You love taking ownership and thrive in an environment where initiative is welcomed

  • You stay ahead of the game when it comes to recruiting trends and tools, helping us improve continuously

  • You’re fluent in both German and English, as our internal communication is bilingual
