Unsere Mission
Das wirst du meistern
- Provide technical support to users in our warehouse as well as the attached offices
- Troubleshoot and solve issues with software and hardware such as laptops, desktop computers, printers or mobile devices
- Work on incidents that are reported in our ticket system (Jira Service Management)
- Operation on our local (network) infrastructure
- Support the purchasing process of required equipment and materials
Das bringst du mit
- General interest in IT topics and ideally first professional experience in IT support
- Eagerness and willingness to learn (we support you and offer a growth path for your development)
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Hands on approach (we work in a modern warehouse environment and certain tasks require hands on work)
- English skills are appreciated (we are an international company)
- Practical knowledge of standard operating systems and office tools
- Knowledge of Linux and network solutions is a plus, but these skills can also be acquired on the job
- Fluent communication in Polish
